Hello Zombie Squad! I am a LEO and instructor on emergency preparedness (FEMA CERT). My Geocities website even has a link to your wiki. I felt that you guys have done such a good job on things like BOB's that I didn't need to list everything all over again on my page.

Update: Now Yahoo! is killing off Geocities free websites so this place will be one of the only remaining private sources of enlightenment on emergency preparedness.
