Epinephrine Pens, generally called EpiPens, automatically and rapidly inject a dose of epinephrine (adrenaline) to treat anaphylactic shock typically caused by severe allergic reactions.

Usage
EpiPens are used to treat anaphylactic shock which is generally caused my severe allergic reactions to food, plants, bee stings, or any of a number of other causes.
Side Effects
If used incorrectly can cause constriction of blood vessels and muscles that can damage tissue and extremities or even be fatal.
