Emergency Trauma Bandage
From ZombieSquadWiki
An emergency trauma bandage, often referred to as an Israeli or Izzy bandage, is a singe bandage that acts as field dressing, pressure dressing, and mild tourniquet. It can be combined with a hemostatic agent to control major bleeding. Its versatility and ease of use make it an excellent part of any first aid kit

In the package
Once you open the green package the dressing is still vacuum packed inside of more plastic.
The white part goes towards the part of the body that is bleeding (almost always):
Once covering the wound you want to run the elastic bandage through the hooks as in this picture
Once through the hooks, as above, you would wrap in the opposite direction you were, using the hooks somewhat as a pulley to make the dressing tighter. So in the picture above you would fold down and wrap around. Once wrapped to the end of the elastic there is one more set of hooks. Attach the hooks and you have dressed a wound with a very tight pressure dressing.
