Acetaminophen, an over-the-counter medication commonly known as Tylenol(TM), is pain reliever and antipyretic (fever reducer) that, unlike aspirin has very few side-effects; it should be part of any first aid kit for these reasons.

Acetaminophen can cause kidney and liver damage or failure if too much is taken, this is especially true when it is taken with alcohol.
