£5 per person per night.
Payable in advance to Faerie9 (treasurer)
I did send out PMs a few weeks ago - please could those who haven't paid (most of you!) get in touch. Thanks
Wales:- Glyn Y Mul Farm.
Please read the directions– they are excellent and you will likely get lost without them!
I am arriving at 1400 and checking in. Arriving with me will be LilD and the_alias.
All cars please check in with me (mobile number to be supplied by PM) when you get on the A4109 so we can meet you at the railway gate.
I am point-of-contact for Ian, the farm owner – as we were the ones who went to see him, he has requested this out of continuity. He requests that we arrive first, and that we then coordinate all subsequent arrivals amongst ourselves. So:
When you enter Glyn-Mul Farm, proceed directly through the farmyard, with the house on your left (plus cage, possibly with barking Alsatian!). DO NOT STOP IN THE FARMYARD but proceed though, the tame campsite will be on your right, go past, and you will see our vehicle parked by the railway gate. If you have phoned ahead, we will be there to meet you

There is a railway line over which we must cross to access 18 acres of woodland which will not be exclusively used for us, therefore we must be aware of the other people who may be sharing with us. There won't be that many though (I think his total capacity is 30 folks including the tame campsite up top). Info on the train line can be found here. Please read and make yourself familiar. Key point is SHUT THE GATES behind you and stay alert. You won’t get killed as the trains are infrequent and slow, but please use your common sense
There is a tame campsite adjacent to the farm with toilets and showers. Please use water sparingly as there is no mains water and the chap has a complex filtering system going on - therefore wandering into the woods with a shovel and some bogroll, weeing against a tree etc are all encouraged! The chemical loos are preferred use over the normal flush ones (though of course you may use the facilities as normal if you so wish, I am just trying to make folks aware that water is a precious resource on the farm and not just 'on tap' as we are all used to).
Will all attendees please reply, stating:
