The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, prejudices, to be found only in the minds of men. or maintanig it, trying to find the one of a kind parts, fixing monster flat tires, ect

On a related note, the Twisted Metal series of battle car thing games is really cool. I suggest you play them instead of actually tooling around in one of these things. Fun idea, though.
