Been gifted this a few times from bags that were over stuffed. It’s pretty good. Not my favorite but great if you haven’t had home made fresh from the smoker.
Usually large fillet, and as long as it hasn’t been manhandled it’s usually in one piece.

No comparison to fresh off the home smoker. High quality protean and fat (omega 3) in a long shelf life container.
