CANCELLED

Well, It's been over a week and not a firm commitment from anybody. This was the weekend everyone was available ?? I am going to go ahead and call this one a no-go. Sorry I have a lot of things that need to get done and this is one of my few full weekends off.

I am in! October will be tough but mostly doable, except for the weekend of the 31st. November is easier as long as I know soon.

EDIT: actually November 21st is bad for me.

I can do;

10/30 - 11-1

11/13- 11/15 (optimal weekend)

11/20 -11/22 may be doable

12/4 - 12/6

I can't do:

11/6 - 11/8 (Not Happening )
11/27 - 11/29 ( No Way )

Let me know who can/can't etc, as soon as we pick a date then I will get our usual spot reserved !!

Well it looks like the majority has 11-13 to 11-15 off and it is the only weekend I can do without some shifting around my shifts. So, going to go ahead and make that the date.

So, I might have to move this to the next weekend ? I committed to teaching a class and just got an email that it might be moved to this weekend ? I know most people said they could do this weekend, who can push it to the 20-21 ??
