This little bugger arrived a few days ago.

Image

A nice, small EDC fixed. I added a handle wrap to beef up the grip a bit.

Image

I did the same with the BK11 that I carry in one of my EDC bags.

i didn't got any info on it, except it written "Baron rosfrei" and it was made at Solingen .

even if it will not give me any info, i think it a military issued knife. i have the the initial of the previous owner and his regimental number.

I just picked up an ESEE3 Saturday, here it is in comparison with my BK16. I like the 3 as well as any other ESEE I own (maybe not as much as my Junglas), but doubt it kicks the BK16 out of my daily carry.

Been slow today.. So I was cleaning/ sharpening my work knife....

Fujiwara High Carbon Gyuto 240mm. A relatively cheap high carbon knife, so it requires regular maintenance(and you can see my lack of it..) I originally bought this as a beginners knife when I went into working at a sushi joint but didn't stay long... But thought I'd share...

That Koster alone makes you the most tasteful guy here. Let alone the Horton, Busse, and Zombietools goodness.....

That's an impressive collection, by ANY standard. I'm envious.

Prepping; Why prep? Well just think of it as a physical form of insurance. You insure your home "just in case" it gets robbed. Why not prep "just in case" the poop hits the propeller?

Finished wrapping the GI Tanto in woodland MARPAT paracord.

It looks like ass. I may have to do it again. I am not very good at the Strider wrap.

Leatherman Wave
Gerber ...... usually an EDC

Gerber Paraframe ..... other usual EDC
Browning something or other
Small Swiss Army knife
2x 5.11 Boot knives - they come free with boots :-p

I hate my paraframe. The locking system fails occasionally, and it moves, up and down and side to side, and slips out of my hands easily. :vmad:

I'm curious if anyone owns a Dozier Knife? One of the custom made ones from St Paul Arkansas. Not a "Boker" knock off or other but a true one?

Not an SHTF knife at all, but a pretty little thing from Uzbekistan I picked up at the folk art market in town today.

Image

ETA:Info - It's a Sayfullo Ikramov made piece btw, for anyone that would know the name.

I believe that’s the swamp rat waki. It is out of production, so you’d have to find one on ebay, bladeforms, etc. I think they’re still making the Rucki, a shorter version: http://www.ratknives.com/product.htmlI have no idea of the legalities of importing to England.

Do kitchen knives count?

Image

Family shot of the kitchen cutlery after a round of sharping the blades and honing the handles. All but the bottom one are Windmill knives, all in stainless steel. I think about getting me a cleaver from windmill, though I don't have any use for it.
