Several other chapters have set up a local bartertown. I think we can benefit from this. Put a WTS or WTB post here, negotiate over PMs, edit post to update item status.
With officer permission of course.

The same rules as the global trading post/bartertown apply and chapter officers are expected to moderate it (or at least flag things for the ZS mods to handle) as such.
