Second Chance brand Outer Tactical Armor. Size Medium. Pockets for 10x12 hard plates. Level 3a ButterflyLITE Kevlar inserts included. This is New Old Stock, manufactured Dec 2005. Never worn, perfect condition. Asking 300.00shipped.
