Riggers Belt

Postby CipherNameRaVeN » Thu May 10, 2012 8:22 am

I am in the market for a riggers belt. I never owned one or came in contact with one, so I don't know what the differences are among brands, quality, etc. Many companies make them, and prices range widely from $15 to $75. I'd like to stay somewhere in the middle or lower of that price range.

I am considering Black Hawk belt: http://www.opticsplanet.net/blackhawk-c ... black.html
I was never a big fan of Black Hawk, as I always considered them just a step above Condor quality gear, but it is about half the price of 5.11 belts.
Most of my gear is in Ranger Green. However, that is a hard color to come by. So, I think I will have to settle for OD.

Can someone tell me what's good, what's bad, and what to stay away from?
