Shameless plea for assistance

Postby d.riley » Sat Apr 21, 2012 8:08 pm

So most of you know I am moving to Oregon, transferring to Chapter 11. I don't usually ask for much, but could use some help on Monday evening or Tuesday in loading the U-Haul. I promise I don't have any crazy ridiculous furniture or exercise equipment, mostly just lots of boxes and a couple of beds. The bad news is that I live upstairs, but the good news is that it will all be going down the stairs, not up. :-) Honestly I only need a couple of helping hands, and of course I will buy the pizza and beer according to preference.

Life is an adventure.. :-)

I can help Tuesday during the later afternoon. Would help Monday but I am moving myself this weekend and I have things in various piles at the moment and need to plow through them. PM sent.
One of the eighty.

Of every one-hundred men,
Ten shouldn't even be there.
Eighty are nothing but targets.
Nine are real fighters....
We are lucky to have them,
They make the battle. Ah, but one,
One of them is a Warrior....
He will bring the others home.

If I lived closer I would be happy to help. Sorry.

Good luck! :)

Thanks for the support guys. I really appreciate it. I'm SO beat from all the packing and moving stuff around. I have WAY too much stuff for just one person. This is what happens when you only move once every 7 years or so, and have pack-rat tendencies. Fortunately I will have lots of time after I move to dispatch a lot of it, sell on ebay-craigslist, donate etc.. But Unfortunately don't have time to do that until After the move. :-( Lots of sorting to do..

I just hope the weather holds out for a few more days!!
