Zmax Key Chains

Postby Gun_Nut_2k1 » Sat Apr 21, 2012 8:01 pm

I had a friend ask me to make him a Key Chain out of a Hornady Z max bullet. Here is the finished product. I use actual Hornady Z max zombie bullets on actual Nato stamped 5.56 or commercial .223 cases. I can do silver tone or brass chains. If you are interested in one I can do them for $6 each, or two or more for $5 each, which includes shipping. I can also do other cases and bullet combinations if interested.

Wow! Thanks for the compliment guys. I wasn't sure there would be any interest, but I have already sold out of the ones I had made. They take about 2 min each to make so I will have a new batch tomorrow. Also one of you guys inspired me to make these as necklaces as well. The necklaces will only be $4 each. The member that inspired the necklace will be getting a little extra something in his order!

At this time I can only make the 5.56 Zmax key chains and necklaces. If I get enough interest in the 7.62 variants I will be happy to make those as well. Hornady only sells 500 round boxes of components as far as I have found. So to be cost effective I would need a reasonable order quantity. The available bullets for 7.62 are 123 grain variety. These will not make good shooting rounds but will look great as a novelty key chain.

Again thanks guys. I do leather work. You can see my for sale post in the traders section. I am just doing these as a casual venture. Thanks again guys. I have to order more of all the parts to make these key chains. You guys have wiped me out.

I will not be accepting new orders for these for the near futute. I will be unable to work in the reloading shop due to some surgery I have to have. Once I heal I may start taking orders again.
