Don't the MOLLE II large rucks have some straps that are sewn on to them for attaching them to the frame? Just trying to decide what all would be needed to make the full pack besides the ruck itself.

Frame, waist belt, MSS carrier, shoulder straps.....

yeah they do, they are sewn on the ruck and attached through slots in the frames. you would need the frame, kidney pad and shoulder straps
