OK, color me flabbergasted. I'm sure you get these requests all the time, but I have a daughter I love dearly that I unfortunately don't get to see nearly enough.

Impressing her would be, oh, I don't know, a 14 on a scale of 1 to 10 of things I'd like to do before I die.

She is a HUGE Adam Baldwin fan and can recite "The Hero Of Canton" by heart. That was before she started to watch "Chuck" and considers Adam Baldwin is be the greatest actor to walk the earth. If you were ever to get a quiet moment with Mr. Baldwin and could get him to sign a napkin or anything "To Zaeda, my Maine fan, Adam Baldwin", you would have a both a 12 year old girl and an extremely grateful father indebted to you.

Hey, you can't blame me for trying, Akin. That's Zaeda. Z-A-E-D-A.

PS: you are one lucky sonnofabitch.

Lordy don't get me started with sharing pics... I think I've hijacked this thread enough...

Speaking of pics and trying to get back on topic, I really need to post all the location shots my buddy and I took in Atlanta last year at D*C... we found most of the city locations, where the tank was, the "CDC", and the place where the gang was hiding out...

Dude, you are my HERO...

And if you don't wanna post all the pics here, take it over to the firefly thread...

And yeah, Felicia may not be a BDH, but she's a big part of one of my other essential viewings... Dr Horrible really belongs in the Browncoat pantheon as an alternate/comic universe inclusion of some sort... It's just that good...

Great pics...

Actually, I didn't realize there was a Firefly thread... where is it hiding? I'm at work right now or I might be able to search...

Very true Fillian is a much better singer than Shatner, ever see him in DR Horrible's sing a long blog, just amazingly fun and funny.

And sure fans already have voiced issue with the movie killing off Wash and Shepard Book. Like any good show the fans take issue with sudden changes like that.

Would a revamped next gen Firefly work? It could but it really depends upon the writing and actors they get. The next gen Star Trek was pretty chessy the first season, but slowly made up ground as it progressed.

I still would trade WD for more firefly, but only if it was still Joss making it. I think that is the key, if Joss isn't involved then it will probably fail.

As much as I love Walking Dead as a show, the comics are much better done. So for me I could live with out the WD show and just read the comics if Firefly were back.

I think we've been missing the obvious solution...

TWD + Joss Whedon = damn better than wondering where Carl is this week... And since Carl is wearing Rick's hat, maybe Rick can wear a more cunning hat, you know, a hat that lets people know he's not afraid of anything.

Yeah, and the Reavers attack the barn, and Rick's group has to ally itself with other bands, such as the Governors group, and later on, we could be introduced to new, yet familiar characters....

True... but for cosplay purposes, I won't be packing a real one... just need an airsoft version...

The UHC spring powered version would be the most affordable at around $50:

http://www.airsoftworld.net/python-revolver-8-barrel-spring-powered-stainless.html

It loads and fires fairly realistically (swing out cylinder accept six individual plastic "shells".)

Gas powered version is more expensive at $200 but supposedly has a more realistic "heft".

http://www.atomicmall.com/view.php?id=1713654&mba=0

Akin: back in the day when I was into airsoft I remember there were a few really reputable internet airsoft dealers and many fly by night operations with poor customer service. Neither of the two good ones I recall (Airsoft Atlanta and PyramidAir) sell the Colt Python so I can't vouch for either of the companies I've linked to.

10 Reasons Why The Walking Dead Should Just Kill Carl

by Marina Cockenberg on March 20, 2012

1. Carl, stay in the house.

2. Seriously, Carl. Stay in the house

3. Carl, I don’t want to yell but it’s the middle of the zombie apocalypse and we’re going to need you to stay close by.

4. Okay, buddy. Can you be a good little sheriff and stay put? I don’t know, guard the living room. Yes, okay here’s a special hat and you are officially on duty to protect the couch cushions. Just stay in the house.

5. Carl, I’d ground you but it seems a bit trite what with the hordes of Zombies outside trying to eat our faces.

6. Remember what happened when another little kid wandered off alone? You were here for that.

7. It’s great you’re keeping your childish rebellion alive but if one of the bad guys gets you, Daddy is going to have to shoot you in the head.

8. Please, Carl. Just stay here. I’ll be right back. Protect the couch cushions. Make some lunch. Get back to doing that math homework we inexplicably cared about 4 episodes ago.

9. Carl, I’m not fucking around. Please, Carl. Just stay in the house. Do this one fucking thing. Just stay in the house for the next 5 minutes.

10. HAS ANYONE SEEN CARL?? HE’S NOT IN THE HOUSE.
