Black sticks out like nobody's business during the day and doesn't work any better at night--given a discussion of flat or matte finishes--than greys, blue, browns, or greens. You would be much better off, from my perspective, with a dark grey or even brown/tan paintjob that bears some semblance of stock-ish appearance.
As for the grates on the windows: if they keep stuff out, they can keep it in. If you're in a serious collision, that rolling fortress has suddenly become a potentially lethal cage. I would argue that it's better to focus on effective mobility, and limiting your preparations vehicle-wise that may hinder it in any circumstances, until you get to your actual bugout location.
Yeah, we all liked Mad Max...but even in the (impossible) ZPAW, those vehicle strategies aren't necessarily the most effective, and much more so in the more likely PAW/SHTF situations.
Then again, if this is a toy, go for it; but don't call a toy a prep or treat a prep as a toy.
An armed man is a citizen; an unarmed man is a subject.
........... Do not go gentle.
