*NEW* Cold steel line of zombie killing tools 2012

For those who live in areas where firearms are not an option and those that are smart enough to have a back up.

Look at it this way. At least you aren't a zombie.

Russian Saber, new Samburus, and the old reliable Grosse Messer they have been selling peak my interest.
The Gladius machete I need first though.

Visited Cold Steel at the IWA show today, came back home loaded with presents from Lynn and his team. Great guys, great weapons.

I left them a lot of slingshots of course!

Videotaped several of the things they have, especially the Zombie killing things. Will post the video tomorrow.

Isn't the two handed 21" Latin Machete new?

The blade is a little too thin for me though, if they would have stiffened it up a little it would actually be a much better machete.

you're prolly right about that. IF anyone is considering the TH Latin its really light on the belly and isn't a great chopper. I think the TH Katana might actually chop better

While I have no concerns about Zombies, I've been looking for a thin light walking stick that would be durable. Bamboo would be cool but it seriously lacks strength. Cold Steel heard my telepathic thoughts*. Yes, I am a devote of Savate.

This will be mine so very soon. 8-)

*I obviously need moar tinfoil.

Just FYI - I feel like I got a great deal on the 1917 saber here...

And if you wanna GOOD machete, buy it from Ontario Knife, they make 'em for the US armed services....

I prefer the older discontinued Kopis machete blade shape.
