I chose the foregrip over the bipod, just personal preference.
. I know they have a bunch of regular A-2 pistol grip they will give you.

Hey all we went to Bass Pro Shop in Auburn Hills last night and we shot 60 rounds down the pipe and had no problems feed great no misfires no failure to eject everything was great like I said this is my first AR so I didn't know what to expect hardly any recoil my son installed a Magpul center sling mount on his and we got 15 rounds down his pipe and we had a problem but IT WAS SELF INFLECTED he didn't set the buffer tube correctly and the pin and spring came out and was jamming the bolt we called Don last night and first thing this morning he called me back said to bring it to the show he was at and he would fix it for us. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! we got to talking to Don and Terry and they were telling us how everything was put together and I have to say these guys know what there talking about they explained everything in detail for me and how the bolt worked and how to take apart everything and for me that was great since I have no clue. I know some of you say why buy a parts gun instead of a whole gun like Rock River or Bushmaster well my answer to that is it seems they took everything that is great and made it better! There barrels and upper receivers are matched (they match them) most of the others are not seems they take GREAT PRIDE in building there AR's I have my sights on another one of there's it's chambered in .308

A HUGE THANK YOU to Don and Terry for building a GREAT product!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't think twice about buying there product
Thanks for your time!!!!!

That's good... They do take pride in building their guns, It's more of a hobby than making a few bucks. They take their time in polishing their barrels, chamber, feed ramp, checking head space. They also run a masonry company doing brick repairs, so the gun building is their past time hobbie. He builds rifles for his son, that has won many national trophies with the Michigan service rifle team.

Fired mine for the first time last Saturday! No issues at all with the gun, but the range that I went to left a lot to be desired. I wont get into that 'cuz this thread is about the gun.

LOVED IT!

The trigger is nice, not a long pull, but when you reach the end of travel, it goes BANG, right NOW. I like that.

I shoot left, and the Grizzly Ops-4 upper is great. I thought I might have issues with the ejecting casings hitting me. There is no deflector, but the upper must be designed to push them up high and out. No issues at all.

I'm am just completely satisfied.

I want to get it to an outdoor range soon, and really let loose, and see how that goes.

Spoke to the shamrock guys and they said that a lot of parts are getting hard to get. Lowers, carriers,
And parts kits. Rock river is 3 months back order due to a high volume of orders... And bushmaster strip lowers are raised to $195 each on their web site.
the shamrock guys are trying to keep the $995.00 combo, but when parts dry up prices may go up... Something is going on, election year? Tax money back, or a fear of the zombies....

Shamrock guys had a good day at the birch run show today... They sold 16 combo AR-15. A lot of people prefer rock river over bushmaster too.

Glad to hear it! It's not how I like my AR, but you aren't me. :P I'm glad you got a product you're happy with, and works for you, that's what matters, really.

I'm a left-handed, left-eyed shooter, and the only lefty-friendly change I'm considering for my rifle is an ambidextrous safety, I'm kinda surprised you don't have one ordered already. I'm at the point where I've used the standard safety enough that I can live without it, but more better is more better. :D

I talked to terry for a couple hours what a vast wealth of knowledge these guys know all the tricks there also going to be getting in some apparel I am hoping to get a hat to cover the shinny spot on the top of my head I have to say thank you to my son who got me into the AR now it has blown up my list now consists of a Shamrock .308 and a flare launcher those are just too cool!

The Shamrock guys are building up some .300 blackout AR's. It's a cut down .223 case with a .30 bullet. It's a slower round, good for a compressed gun. There are loads that go 2000 FPS to 1000 FPS . I have pictures, just not sure how to down load from the phone yet...
