I'll have to take it to an AR build party to finish it, but hey, that's what CalGuns is for...

Quentin_Defense wrote:Here is sample I did today. I set my home location a bit too high up on the receiver so ignore the placement. We'll get them centered up for the production run. This was mainly to show the engraving on the logo. One thing I will suggest, instead of doing the ZS logo on the right side of the mag well. I would leave it open so that the people that wanted the bar code or QR code (or anything else) can have that option. We can do those as a secondary laser engraving on a case by case basis. We would charge an additional fee to do them that way though. Your call, just let us know what you decide to do.

Quentin_Defense wrote:As part of the group buy we will do right side mag well engravings for $20.00. This will be for standard images or images already in our system (we have quite a few images). Bar codes, bio-hazard symbols and images like that are standard. Custom logos or complex images that require a lot of time to prepare for laser will be quoted on a case by case basis.

So would the option of having "Making dead things deader since 2003" in standard lettering like in your example fall under the $20 category or is it too custom?
Also my answer is let's do our own individual thing on the other side.

ZS on both sides for me.

mikezq8ss wrote:To clarify, we're looking at this -1) ZS on left Magwell
2) ZSxxxxx S/N
3) Cal - Multi
4) ZS-15 for model
5) A complete case by case basis for what we want on right side magwell. (possible price variation, case by case)
6) Color choice of Lower (possible price variation, again, case by case)
If this is correct, someone running this come up with a standardized "order" form or figure out how we're ordering this... I'm 100% in on this deal. The only thing I'm wondering about is if I want to do a different color than black and a matching upper...

Text falls into the standard category. We have about 200 fonts in our system. Any font you can find in MS word etc. we should have or be able to import.
