Applied for financial aid for school and

Postby darius379 » Tue Dec 27, 2011 1:43 am

One of the questions was am i a prepArer. I was very suprised by this question. Since when does my personal hoarding issues affect my school loans. Good thing i think im a hoarder and not a prepper.

Sorry, my fault. I spent most of my student aid on preps for the family, none on school.

Unlike most college students who spend it on booze rather than school

Dunno how they found out, though...

Ya know what, the FAFSA site should have an explanation of what it's asking.

What does it say?

I didn't get a question like that when I filled out the FAFSA this year. Interesting.

Did they mean "Do you prepare for things like tests and presentations, or do you like to do things off the cuff?"

No, they mean are you a professional filling out the FAFSA on behalf of someone else. Like a tax preparer. (There's a box the preparer has to sign, and give their info, if that's the case.)

Yeah, this is correct. I filled out more FAFSA's than most people, and I remember that question clearly.

I only figured it out for sure by looking at the paper PDF file - the on-line "form" that only asks one question at a time gives you no context...
