Interesting read. I guess a lot of people dont really think of the stench of zombies. I guess I would mainly be worried about making it deader by shooting or smashing its head in. Too much andrenaline flowing to think about the smell. But yeah, id imagine its like roadkill on the highway...horrible smell.

I've put thought into the stench of zombies. In my Zombie gear I have a 3M half face respirator. Its comfortable , filters out fumes and dust, and best of all you can't smell anything though it. The only downside is that you would loose a tacticle advantage in that you could smell a hoard well befor confronting it.

Interesting! Toxic stench from Zombies in the ZPAW is something I hadn't considered.
