I just came here to post this :)

I purchased this set earlier this summer and it has held up fantastically despite the mediocre reviews I've read online.

Great deal!

If anyone has any questions I'd be happy to answer.

Spam sale?

Back on topic - Great deal on 9mm FMJ in Bulk - Not the cheapest per round (Russian steel case is still the best) BUT this is the best, decent price per round available.

Got any specs on those, or anything? It looks pretty sweet, and I'd love to have a winter camping tent with a stove inside!

the tipi is 11 ft. diameter by 6 ft. center and comes with stakes and center pole (take down) there are 14 ground connections and the stove jack is 3 inch diameter opening with a rainflap. weight for the canopy is 3 lbs. and the door zipper has a top pull/slider for the vent at the peak. toploop to hang the tipi instead of using the center pole. reinforced peak area and 6 inside loops for drying clothes, etc.

have had 3 adults and 2 dogs in one before. the bug net and floor do not interfere with the stove. just try not to drop embers on the floor. shipped price for the tent you describe is 315.00 and that is very reasonable as far as price.

Surefire G3 @ Midway for $29.99
Thats at least $10 cheaper than anywhere I found.
That's a lot of light for 30 bucks!

Doh! I just paid $44 for a Surefire G3 from LA gear closeouts and thought I was getting a great deal. Nice find, ElKabong. That's a solid value for a solid light.

Woolrich is having a sale where you get 20% off anything already on sale. Enter "Treat20" at checkout. I'm a big fan of wool clothes myself, these could be a chance to get a layering garment or two at a decent discount:
http://www.woolrich.com/woolrich/browse ... 06&icSort=

I've got one of these, and it's a great sweater, 100% wool. Last winter I wore it just about every week:
http://www.woolrich.com/woolrich/browse ... 87&icSort=
With the discount code it's less than $30. I'm tempted to get another one. :-)

home depot has the leatherman wingman for $25 in store. seems like a good deal, no case and it doesnt look like most of the implements lock out. the blade and scissors are accessible while closed and they lock out. should be good for the family bug out bags for the price.

Ordered up a pair of the Bates Durashocks....Seems like a good deal, and thankfully they offer wide widths.
I appreciate the heads-up.

How might one get this Zombie Squad discount, anyway? :) I'm thinking one without a stovejack but with a bugnet.
