"No functional weapons are allowed at ZomBcon

Simulated or costume weapons are allowed as part of your costume, subject to inspection and approval by security

After each individual’s costume weapon has been inspected, it will be tagged by security.

Any individual found in the building without a tagged costume weapon will be immediately escorted to the security station where your weapon will be inspected.

Any individual who does not want a costume weapon inspected or tagged, or is not willing to comply with the foregoing, should not bring costume weapons.

Any weapon purchased at ZomBcon must be left at the vendor table, checked at security or taken to your car."

$55 preferred settings, $45 guaranteed seating and $35 WTF tickets with no guaranteed seating (???)
They rate Preferred seating in my book - guaranteed for sure...

I'll be there saturday the 22nd with my truck in front of the hotel displaying my truck in full anti zombie attire. maybe have 2 trucks. have been talking to one of the directors of the event and it should be fun!

so there will be 2 deuces there. mine and my buddies. I believe we will be set up at the front door. taking pics and so on. if you guys want to be a ZS:005 thing on my truck you can as well. i'll be there on saturday around 8am. my buddy will leave early but i'll be there the whole night. im scott btw!

Speed bumps on the road to success:
Fliers = 0

I checked at work and they want $0.53 per page folded (folding is free).
WAY out of my budget.
I think we discussed 200 - 250 of each (Corp and BOB).
Anyone have a hookup?

My home ink jet could have them ready in time for New Years...

I can do a bunch of black and white for the fliers. I suppose I can do about 200 by then.

Also I will be attending Friday late and all day on Saturday and Sunday. That means a Friday and Saturday share of the hotel. The Mrs. MEANTREE will have some snacks to have stashed in the room so we can take breaks and chow when we get tired of paying the mark up for the event.

I got the hookup on fliers, but need help in delivery, much like last time. I can't get to the event until Friday 7pm at the soonest, so might as well be Saturday morning. I am okay with waiting until Saturday unless someone can play courier from Redmond/Bellevue to Seattle.

Who's got a ZS flag? I can print a 36 x 48" poster, but its just paper, not laminated or anything special. For that matter, who has a white fitted sheet and some black spray paint?

I have one Flag, my PC, the chapter video/Presentation, Board, extension cord and UPS.
Also some FEMA fliers, leftover patches, and a shirt. All coming with me...
