ZSC:005 Chapter T-Shirt Ordering

UPDATE: The initial order has been placed and is in queue at the print shop, but if you are interested in ordering, please do so. I will be filling subsequent orders in meaningful quantities as possible. What that means is, the more people order, the sooner I will get you your shirts. Otherwise it will probably be a month or two before I order again. Our printer Gradient Shift Graphics has graciously agreed to keep our designs on the table to allow for this. So today is the day you've all been waiting for!!! Read below for price and ordering info for Chapter T-Shirts.

We have two prints available, the standard chapter design, and the pew-pew design. See below for sizes/options. As you can see, the base price for a non-fat-ass size shirt is $12. Honestly, that is a screaming deal for a custom shirt once you add up all the charges such as shipping, sales tax, and $1 to go to the chapter funds. Feel free to donate more if you wish. ALL of the proceeds will go to the chapter funds! Here are the designs:






So here's what I need from you:
Choose style/size/quantity
Add up the prices for what you want.
Add $5.20 per shirt if you need them mailed to you.

During the PayPal transaction, you will NEED to include the following information in a comment/note:
*Your ZS Forum user name
*Style/size/quantity of shirts desired
*Mailing address if you will not be picking up your shirts at a local event. Shipping will be provided by Meantree at a later date.

I will leave ordering open until August 17th, but there is a chance that orders will be possible after that, but not forever of course. Also, if they are available at a later date, they will probably be a couple bucks more. The longer I leave ordering open, the longer we have to wait for shirts! As you can see, Mens Tall and Hoodies are available.

If I would purchase two t-shirts, do I pay postage on both...or will one shipping and handling charge do?

I believe "Total Price" is FTF transfer (at a meeting or event) and shipping only applies if he needs to make a trip to the post office for you.

So far I've got 7 orders for 17 shirts. Keep em coming! I was also told that the hoodies are available up to 5XL tent size. I don't have exact pricing on those, but can figure it out if anyone wants larger than 2XL hoody. Just let me know.

Also, if you need/want confirmation that I got your order, please include that in the notes when you order. I will also keep an eye on this thread to be sure I haven't missed someone. Up to this point though, all is good.

Not to nitpick, because frankly i love the designs (well done indeed). But is there an option for us eastern-washingtonians rather than "Western Washington". Or maybe one that says just "Washington"? If not i'd still love to get one, just asking.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but ZS:HQ has made the ruling that chapters can only sell merch at local events in person. Chris Cyr basically said this about it:

If your chapter has a Facebook page, you can advertise the fact you have merch and that the merch is available at your next event, monthly meeting, etc. The merch can only be sold at local functions though. You can not facilitate sales outside of your geographic region this way.
If it requires shipping, you're breaking a rule.

Even if it's shipping across the street (ie. still in your geographical area), it's not allowed. I went over it a couple different times with him because we got custom shirts done for ZSC:023 and we could only sell them at meetings/events. Can you take pre-orders and fulfill them in person? Yes. Can you ship them to people once the shirts come in? Apparently not.

He said that ZS:HQ is reviewing that policy and it may be relaxed or finessed in the near future, but as of right now, it's person-to-person only. There is a thread on the Chapter Officers forum about this your board might want to check out.
