What's your favorite gun scene?

Post by thesupremeking » Fri Jul 15, 2011 11:22 am

Gun scenes in movies can stir up some pretty good emotions sometimes. What's your favorite scene and why? One of mine, Tom Hanks featuring a 1911 and an eminent meeting with the almighty.

The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance:

When Gene Wilders character shoots the guns out of 12 hands in Blazing Saddles. That's tied with the improvised RPG in Tremors.

Any gunfight with a gold suited Elvis is the winner.
The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.
