Office 2.0 (Some of the same cast of characters, but some new additions shown on this wall) I still haven't had a chance to replace the safe I sold when I moved here. Got to get on that:

Closet (you can barely see the eye piece of one of my most favorite things - AN/PVS - 14! I love night vision!

Damned if I know why this pic comes out sideways. Kind of ruins it.

There are (I think) 8 NFA tax stamps accounted for in the last pic.

What are you talking about-not everyone is into firearms? You don't know us very well. But you're new so we make allowances.

If you wanted a gun porn thread, ya coulda just said so. We understand.

That would be pretty sweet. Does that trench gun have the barrel shroud on it?

Thanks for the Porn!!! Now I'm all excited. ;-)

The office picture is something I have always wanted to do. I have kiddos so I would need to find a way to keep the guns secured.

HIdden cabinet was going to have a locking mechanism and play the deathstar theme when opened. All I ended up getting done after building the cabinet itself was to get the light hooked up. That office furniture is now in a front room of our new house with a huge bay window, so not really appropriate to have guns moving in and out of there. Second office has a lock and I am looking at either a built in safe (flushed out into the other closet that is in another room to the right of the door) or a steel security door stealthed to match.

My newest addition is the shotgun. It likes wild pigs. And I'm proud of my little rifle. It took an Axis doe this weekend at 372 yards. Held just over the spine, just behind the neck, and it was a one shot drop through the heart. Gotta credit my brother with his rangefinder and uber calculation skills in finding the right hold over, though.

ETA - Other than sticking my rifle in the shower, anybody know a good/faster way to clean off a shit ton of dust? And I'm talking rifle being on a four wheeler most of the day while flying down cleche roads dusty.

Might try some canned air such as what is used for computers. And good shot, homey!

Woody that is a cool old gun. Haven't seen a .303 in many years. I did recently read an article about hand loading for it though if your into that. Love the old '97 also. I have one myself but it is NOT safe to shoot anymore. mores the pitty :gonk:

We let lots of people in here sight unseen. But remember, it's a two-way street. You haven't seen what's under the gas mask yet.

I love it. I was a little skeptical at first. I had read a bunch of reviews on it and was wondering, "WTF, it's a stock on an AR. How can it be That good?" But it really is. It really makes a big difference with a better cheek weld (for me) and the rubber pad on the back really seems to secure/lock it in much tighter than before.

PICTURES!!!!!!!! NEEDS MORE PICTURES!!!!!
(especially some knives. cough, cough)

And my superior SOG Flash, that DragonRouge claims is a switch blade, but it's not. I reprofiled the two different edges. The leading edge is significantly sharper and great for delicate cutting. While the bottom edge is sharp, it's not razor sharp, and the edge is much more durable and will hold up to lots more cutting of "stuff".

And I sure wish Woody would maybe spell the topic right........ ;)
