Well seeing that Ive been invited (cheers guys ! ) to come down and say hi, I'd better do the obvious.....

Name: Mike
Age: 38 (going on 12 - at least that what my doris says sometimes....)
Occupation: Security and Communications Consultant.
Location: Worcester or Solihull (if Im visiting the folks) or out in the friggin' desert....
General: 12 years BritMil, 5 years Commercial SatComms provider/broadcaster, 5 years Security in far shores.....
Skills: Trained in combat 1st aid, military communicator, VSAT engineer, SIA CP trained, Blue light driver, competent shot with most things up to 7.62mm and not bad at anything above that !
What am I looking for ??: New friends and beer buddies, skill swaps and some people who dont fackin' well laugh when I ask them if they're prepared for the PAW... Hell, even my dads looking into it now !

Other than that.. hi everyone ! Good to meet y'all !

Hi, was begining to think the uK had been infected and everyone was brown bread

I'm up in Swindon and Reading at least once twice a month, used to live in Pangbourne, am up on 10th Nov to go to Eternal Nirvana for a New Tatt

Mark ... were gonna get along fine ... i collect whisky and drink it, last count i had around 200 botles :lol: i plan to survive any apocolypse in a drunken whisky sodden haze :D

A hearty welcome to each and all. Don't forget to let us know where you are by putting your pin on the map. If you're worried about privacy then just use the local town centre or a focal point near you. It helps to give an idea where to do charity events and/or meets,,,,,,,,,,, plus I'm a nosey sod ;)

I think most people post in the main boards. They forget we have a home base. It might be time to nudge the ZS:X mods to build a pack mentality. See if we can't get people to feel closer in the ZS:X chapter.
