This has been mentioned several times in the past, at our meetings and to those that have inquired about it, but I thought I'd bring it up again.
If you have an event that you want to have ZS affiliated with, you need to get the paperwork from me so it can be approved by ZSHQ. Otherwise, it's just an event that you host by yourselves.
Events that you would like to have ZS involved with, or count towards our chapter agreement, you need to fill out paperwork prior to, during, and after. This way we get credit for what the chapter has done throughout the year.
Remember, Zombie Squad is a 501 Non-Profit Organization and there are certain guidelines that must be adhered to.
