I thought the meeting was Wednesday the 12th - that's what the last email (dated May 6th) I got from Ken said. I didn't notice this thread until Tuesday night about 9:45 PM.

I'm confused - was it tonight?

Yeah, we seem to scramble every month right before our meetings. I went down last night because I thought thats what we decided at our last meeting. I know we talked about this before but, I think we need to get away from emailing and post our ideas and progress on the forum so others can join us and there is only one place to look for info and answers. By the way....kitchen closes at 7 pm

Ken and I are here tonight with a friend of ours. How did we get our wires crossed? I agree that we need to have uniformity with where to get our info. Now what? And Go Pens!

Took me a lot of searching to find this post on the forums. That is why I prefer direct e-mail but if we want to use the forums for communication then I'll just have to get better at searching for things you guys post. Jenn and I are at St James place every Tuesday night so if you'd prefer to have the meetings on Tuesday then we can just move them to St James place. Whoever can make it can make it. It looks like my idea of moving them around to be convenient for others didn't work out so well anyway.

Again, sorry I missed this. I didn't know if the meeting had already happened or not. I took a personal day on Wednesday so I could pick up my daughter from college and bring her home for the summer. That made the day crazy enough, and since I didn't know by about 4:30 in the afternoon whether the meet had already happened or not, I went out to dinner with the rest of my family to celebrate her return. When I got back later that evening, I saw the messages and got the email that had been sent, but by then it was too late.

Sorry for the snafu. I do appreciate the effort to bring the meet closer to me. It doesn't matter to me if we go for Tuesdays or Wednesdays - either is fine - but I'd agree that we need to have only one official resource for spreading the news about the meets. I'd recommend that we use this part of the forum for that.

For anyone who has time to stop down at St James this Tuesday we could have a mini-meeting and membership drive. I just got an update from ZS headquarters on some of the things we talked about back in April so can give everyone an update on things. We do have one more potential member in the Elizabeth area so I'd like to retry the Molnar's idea maybe again sometime. As of now I'm not even sure where we are meeting next month. All ideas are welcome.

How about we nail down the second Tue of June for our next meeting. I should be good with whatever everyone wants to do. St James is best for me though.
