So, I watched this today and I have to say that this is fantastic. In so many ways.

1. See what happens when everyone does the speed limit?
2. See what happens when the speed limit is not enforced?
3. See what happens when the people decide to do a social experiment and get negative results from something that should be 'enforced'?

This simple experiment can be applied in so many other applications to show the exact same outcome. Is there something wrong with our laws? Is there something wrong with our college students? Is there something wrong?
