Most likely bulk application and shipping issues. Plus after the first time your youngest goes into the storage and gets into the honey (we where storing it in the containers from the store) The idea of powdered sweetener sounds good.

Peanut butter does have a shelf life we've never reached it but then we can only hold so much food in our place. The powdered stuff lasts longer.
Well the honey hunks is actually pretty cool, lol I thought you were screwing around when you said powdered honey.
I can see using it in my trail bread mixes. I like to mix up all my dry ingredients in one bag to prevent bulk, and I also like to use honey rather than plain sugar in them, but I often settle for dry sugar or no sweetener at all (I often add berries or something anyway) because I don't feel like fucking with a bottle of honey in my pack or the little packets from chick-fil-a. This could cut that problem out completely. Powdered peanut butter might go good in there too, after all I often end up adding peanuts to the dough or spreading peanut butter on the bread when I eat it, same thing right?
ETA: ahh fuck it Huny Hunks is like twice as expensive as buying regular local honey, not to mention the potential problem of getting it shipped down here from Canada. If I happen to come across some at a health food store or something though...

That's EZ Cheese Cheddar in his right hand...
