Louisiana Camp and Shoot July 16th - July 17th 2010

I'm going to edit this often so please check back every so often. If you have a question to ask, let me know and I'll probably add it here.

We will be staying at Lake Fausse in Southern Louisiana. Check-in is the afternoon of Friday July 15th, Check-out is Sunday July 17th at 11am

Attractions = alligators, hiking trails, mosquitos, swamp land. Look over the link provided since there are boats to rent for cheap and a map of the trails. We have cabins 3 and 4 which share a pier to fish from where catfish are plentiful. Each cabin has a grill, stove, microwave, etc so no issues for cooking.

The total cost of both cabins for the weekend is $378 and combined will accommodate 12 - 16 people maximum. 12 means everyone gets a bed, everyone past that gets floor space. So basically, first come first serve for bed space. Each cabin has a double bed, 2 bunk beds(sleeping 4) and a sofa bed). Please post here if you are interested in going on the trip. I have already paid for the cabins to reserve them. I'll PM everyone payment details next week based the number of people wanting to attend. I'm going to let my wife handle the breakdown using Excel so no one gets screwed. If we go over, I'll issue refunds.

Well that shit didn't work......I think they are blue catfish. I only know they taste very good fried. Come down here, and tell us what they are. I know we eat the hell out of them!

Come on down. Me and Cajun Man will take you fishing in the Atchafalaya Basin. The boat launch is (oincidentally) about 5 minutes from our camping spot for this trip. Cajun Man has a boat.
