Here is a link to the thread about getting a ZS ARC patch for our ZS HAMS.
I hope to get a rough estimate and get these ordered in a couple of weeks.

Now that we have approval from the board and Paul C has been nice enough to get me a quote, we just need to figure out how many patches to order. I also need to find a place that would do stickers (the vendor said we would be better off to go this route. He realizes we are a 501c3 and trying to keep cost down).
We don't have a means to go through the ZS store and I wouldn't put them through that
I need to get a rough guesstimate of how many patches I need to order. I will be ordering the patches with the velcro on the back.

I will get a rough # and initial order together. I will then have the members paypal me the $$ and snail mail the patches.
I believe the patches will run around $5 Sorry if this process seems a bit antiquated but I will have to do this all out of pocket since we don't have an official ZSARC bank account.

Thanks for the emails guys, it is SO much easier to track that way!

So far I have about 35 requested patches, the minimum is 150 (we are getting closer)
I still have to find a decent price for the stickers, if anyone has any suggestions feel free to pass them along

Keep those emails comin' to ThriveWNC@gmail.com and I can get the patches ordered as soon as we get interest in at least 120-125.

if you are getting quotes, I recommend Stadri Emblems in Woodstock, NY. I just had these made up

how much to cover the entire order? Maybe I could just buy the extras and then sell at cost to other people who want patches later on?

I talked to Jennifer, she is currently really busy with a new job. I have written the board to see if I can take over the project.

My plan is to front the money myself to get the patches made up and sell to you guys at cost plus shipping. Any profits(yeah right) after costs are recovered will be donated to charity

Let us know whats up once you hear something back. Also are you just taking over the patches or the ZARC itself? I haven't seen any movement from the ZARC threads for a while either.
