Interesting thing about prepping up here, with earthquakes, volcanos, storms, Russian invasions, and shipping issues, prepping is pretty mainstream.

Even my new hire orientation at the hospital had a small part about stocking up on food and water in case of a yearly emergency. And if not, the mountain House dried food can be used for camping.

I thought that was neat.
Really? So what kind of soup is popular up there?

Congrats on your move! And yeah, it must be pretty cool to live in a place where prepping is taken seriously. As opposed to here, where you're ragged on until someone needs your gear. I find that there's nothing like a good ol' fashioned "told you so," every now and again...

I haven't watched it yet, but this came up in my Youtube feed: Living Off Grid (In Alaska). Apparently it's by a couple who moved from PA to AK.

We'll... I'm alive hahaha

Works been keeping me busy. But I'm loving my job.

When I'm not at work, I try to get outta town for fun.

I bought a jet ski... Because nothing says water sports like Alaska... It's actually quite useful with a wetsuit.

Some fishing, no hunting.

As far as prepping goes, a couple small quakes and a ton of wildfires with record setting heat and drought.

When I'm on a key board, I'll try to go into some fun stuff if anyone cares.

But I can at least keep my online lives separate enough to make it difficult to connect the dots.

Come on. We need an update dude! :) How many caches have you buried? Is your BOL up and running? Is your tracked BOV ready to go?
