I finally hit and maintained 150 lbs for a couple months! I had to start exercising my legs in addition to my upper body. I have actually reduced my upper body workout due to time and some injuries from pushing too hard too fast (not young anymore). But making a point to eat a bit extra and exercising both halves of my body has helped me reach my goal. Now I"m going to work on reaching 160 lbs. That will probably take a year or two.
