Custom Vehicles (pics)

Post by hardhitta71194 » Mon Nov 07, 2011 10:42 pm

Didn't see anything about this section being only or BOVs. Just wanted to see if anyone else was interested in customizing vehicles. So post pics of your custom rides.
Here's a few i've owned. (i trade a lot).

It's Transportation and in the event of an emergency whatever you have is going to be your BOV, so I think you're covered. While not a fan of lowriders I can understand their appeal and it looks like some love was put into them. I'd be interested in seeing what was under what remains of the hood on the blue truck as well.

Personally I think that this is a preparedness site and their are plenty of other car specific sites if you want to post pic's of non-preparedness type of vehicles.

Furthermore, I...aw fuck it..

Thanks man! I've always been a mini trucker at heart but after owning a shop, building them everyday, and car club drama I got a little burnt out. So I made a swith back to jeeps and 4x4's and love it. It's more family friendly.

Keep the pics going!!

That's funny, I helped start the OK chapter of VC. It was my second club. It was that club that pretty much burnt me out too.

Can't find some of my other previous car pics but here are a few. Yeah, I pretty much mod everything I buy.

My old 4Runner.

My old F250 Powerstroke.
Image

My old '87 GSXR
Image

My old '90 GSXR
Image

My old Soft Tail.
Image

My old commuter.

Thought the little car was going to run forever and would have if the freakin' deer didn't run out in front of me.
Image

My new commuter, still debating on what I want to do to this. It needs springs but I like the ride now.
Image

And my Powerstroke Excursion. Love, love, love it!

I've had many many projects. This is my last project that i finished then sold.

Started like this.

Image

Finished like this

Image
Image

Turbocharged 4 cylinder (dropped out the popped rotary) caged it, 9 inched it, coilovers, tubbed it, Stripped it and made it a track car (no real finished photos unfortunately)

My current one. Bought the car for 400 bucks with a popped engine also. New engine, wheels, suspension all around (ball joints, arms, steering rack, struts, coilvers, camber plates) Currently welding up the 3" exhaust...

Image

Not finished and its dusty from sitting in the garage for the last month and a half.

Image

but atleast its back on the ground and running (without the exhaust lol)

A few of the fords I have done. The family liked fords.

Mine latest isn't finished yet but it started like this.
Image
After sand blasting primary body work. Just metal patches and replacement at this point.
Image
Its going to be real close to this when done.
