but if it get's locked, you wont be able to necro it in a few months. Image

Besides, it shouldn't be locked until DocSimon's pic wearing the dress is posted here.

Actually, you're both wrong. See the "Throwdown Poll Thread" as that is where the pics should be posted. This page was to get all the hype going as well as get people to post their stuff for "the final showdown". Since that's where Doc said he would wear a dress that's where the pictures would be posted and again this thread has no use except for useless arguing about a stupid thread that's run it's course. If it wasn't for the fact that Gundown is on hiatus currently, I would say to have his "Gundown Gives Advice Thread" locked BUT he'll be back to continue with his advice column so it should remain open.

Editted to add:

Not sarcasm. Seriously. Thread done.

That's a good idea. I like discouraging ZS'ers from building FAK's that could save lives in the future.
Sorry Gunny, but TFB is right. This thread had it's moment and now it should be locked. There's a lot of info on here, and if people have questions/their own FAK they should make a new thread.

No disrespect JIM, but why the hell should it be locked? What/where was the part that broke the rules? This has a crap-load of different FAKs/Trauma bags, all IN ONE SPOT. Where better for noobs to look around, and get ideas for their set-ups?

I'm with Gunny on this.

Oh yea, shame on you for agreeing with the one goon who didn't even post a fake FAK

*eyes TFB*
I take it you didn't pick up on the sarcasm? It's cool, JIM should've used a  instead of a  .

Didn't mean to be in violation of "Throwdown Rule #8."

Lots of great kits and bags round here. You all would make great neighbors!!

Doc Simon couple of comments; (Don't run your suck cause I have also BTDT.) First off you have way more medical training than I do. My kits are loaded out based on my knowledge, experience and training. My kits are also mine not my employer's. Showing off your units gear..........whatever. Your IV Battle Paks are very sloppy, Take some pride for God's sake. Nice MultiCam "dismount bag." Bet it went over well with the COC. I have one of those bags as well, mines from DBT. I used it as a toss-in bail-bag or E+E bag. Just how in the hell did you work out of it? (Rant over)
Glad you made it home safely! Good job and thanks!

IMHO, "Kyles Comfort Kit" should be the winner!

My humble entry....................

Almost a year to the day late for the party.

Nice gear though, you should give it it's own thread. :)

I was going to say that. Also, that this whole thing was staged to get Simon to wear a dress.

Damn Mags , that is one hell of a pile of 1st Aid gear , but that is what we have come to expect from you isn't it . :D

I would personally be thrilled to see a more detailed breakdown , as I am trying to increase my knowledge in this area .

I am nearly finished with my EMT class. The instructor was so impressed, he offered me a job (not decided on that one yet) and also a position on the regional SMAT team. When all is said and done, I'm going to put together a real jump bag and show you what it looks like.
