The back:

As you can see, the flag is facing the correct way, my name is on it, there is the ZS Medic patch, and a highspeed medical patch.
Turn it to the side and you get this:

Not too much, other than it becomes obvious this bag is loaded to the max that it can be. Very very full.
Turn to the other side and you get:

Two sets of shears. Why carry one set when two will fit?
Duct tape
And there is a C-collar on front that you couldn't see in the front pic
Then lets open the front flap:

I call the front flap the emergency flap. Almost everything I need for emergency medicine should be located here. This is kind of the over view. On the set of loops closest to the camera I have from left to right:
1 totally random surgilube left from whoever had this bag before that I've never taken out:
1 Ink Pen
1 OPA
2 Orange Chem Lights
1 Sharps shuttle
2 PR Gloves
2 NPA kits
Side view:

1st section:
3 ACE Wraps
2nd section
3 ETD
3rd Section
3 ETD
4th Section
2 Rolls 3" Tape
2 Hemcon
Alright, the other side of my emergnecy flap:

In the loops from left to right:
Velket with 3 Rolls of 1" tape
1 SOFT-T TQ
2 CAT TQs
2 Rolls Kerlix
3 Compressed gauze
3 Compressed gauze
3 Compressed gauze
3 Compressed gauze
In the zipper under the loops:
1 Roll Coban
3 6" Ace Wraps
In the zipper under that:

1 BP Cuff
1 Stethiscope
Also on the emergency flap there are two pockets:

First pocket:
1 Fistfull of gloves
1 Complete IV Kit w/ hextend
Second pocket:
1 KING LT
1 Extra NPA
2 14ga Decompression Cathaters
1 ACS w/ super glue (We can't get the BCS or new ACS yet)
1 Pocket Mask
A note on my IV kits.

This is how I keep my IVs.
2 18ga cathathers (for NS or LR it is 1 14ga and 1 18 ga, soldier's veins can usually handle a 14)
2 prep pads
2 gloves
1 tubing set
1 Tegaderm
1 2x2 (or 4x4)
1 constricting band
1 Saline Lock/Heplock
You can see in these pics that when I am really trying to help myself out I put tape on all the packaging to assist in opening. Also you'll notice that I dont have to tear into the IV kit, all the supplies can be opened and removed when the are still bundeled together. Thus keeping my shit in one place.
That's about it for the emergency flap. This is my nonemergency side.
Just peeking in the top:

And Open:

Left to right:
Advanced Equipment/excess pocket
IV Pocket
Middle fold
Med excess pocket
Books pocket
Meds
BVM and pressure infuser
And now the pictures
Advanced Equipment/Excess Pocket

With the EENT kit removed:

My advanced pocket includes:

2 Endotracheal Tubes
5 Scalples
2 14ga decompression needles.
1 Shears
The EENT Kit Opened:

This set up works with several attachments:

That light is also the one for my Laryngescope:

Then there is the excess pocket in this same flap:

It has various ammounts of:
18ga IV Catheters
Tegaderms
2x2s
Field Medical Cards
Gloves
This is the IV pocket, and then the zipper on the meds excess pocket:

2 1000ML Bags of NS in complete kits as described earlier
The outter zipper on the meds excess pocket contains
4 Rolls 1" Tape
5 Packets of Rehydration salt
Notice the thing with the blue cloth on top? It comes out/is unattached to the bag. Here it is pulled out and opened:

Extra medications (To respply the kit later pictured)
Thermometer
Moleskin
Blank Medical Record Papers ( AKA 'SF-600" )
Alright this is the books, meds, and BVM section:

(With books and Meds removed so you can see the pockets)
