My main thing I need to do is probably find a new job. I work at pizza hut and all the free pizza is going to kill me. I am getting back into bike riding and am going to start doing mild jogging and mile hikes around the house here. Plenty to explore
This isnt my 3 month goal or anything. I dont want to end up sick from losing it too fast. I hope to be around 200 by my birthday in december and by new years 195. I will probably gain weight around christmas though knowing me...
