I figured we need a new one (plus I didnt wanna get flamed for reviving an old thread)

So same rules as before.

Call me Josh(amo) either one

My weight: 240
Height: 5 10
Goal weight: 180-190

My main thing I need to do is probably find a new job. I work at pizza hut and all the free pizza is going to kill me. I am getting back into bike riding and am going to start doing mild jogging and mile hikes around the house here. Plenty to explore :)


This isnt my 3 month goal or anything. I dont want to end up sick from losing it too fast. I hope to be around 200 by my birthday in december and by new years 195. I will probably gain weight around christmas though knowing me...

I will update weekly if I have time. Hope this helps a lot of people.

I'll join in. I'm 6'1" and 340 pound. My short term goal is 300, my end goal is 250. I know thats heavy, but I am vary heavy muscled and my doctor say 230 would be great for me. My blood pressure is slightly high, but not to needing meds. My work out is a mile walk every day starting this week and building from there. I also swim and lift weights, but that doesn't help with weight at all.
