I'd like to learn more about this... It seems to be one of those skills that can never remember. Especially if the knots are hammock related.
Surge, do you still have some of that milspec webbing? Can I buy some from you?
I could do a little intro on some of the self defense concepts I've been studying recently. If anyone is interested... Depending on the level of interest I can talk to anything from non-verbal, verbal, all the way to a couple hands-on techniques.

Speaking for me, I'd love to see the various "ways to make a fire" demonstrated, ie : the 9v battery method, the flashlight method-ways to make a fire WITHOUT matches or a cigarette lighter (or gasoline)

Stimpy, have you called The Cove yet? Maybe we should ask them about one of the larger flatter camping areas. I'm not sure if it was Camp 6 or Camp 8 that was that big flat field all the way in the back. And hopefully that will prevent any obnoxious neighbors too.

Couldn't agree more. It is a precision weapon. It will jam at the precise moment you need it the most.

Heard from who?
Count me (and maybe my buddy Soup) in.
Looking forward to it and hope to see the first WV chapter started soon too.
Lol, I figured you'd eventually chime in. Wanna carpool and save on some gas?
Sounds good, meet at your place?
