Not able. Getting off work on Saturdays is just too hard.

Isn't there a show in Charlotte or did I miss that already?
ToddGray and I were talking about driving up to Charlotte if there is one there. That is only a couple hours drive for us....

That sucks. The only reason I can get off is that I only work during the week, and not weekends.

I will definitely attend a get-together at the Feb 16-17 Charlotte gun show. Either day is fine with me. Let's pick a day, mark the calendar and start planning this shindig.

Have any of you guys ever gone scavening around the flea markets in Fayetteville? I've talked to a couple surplus dealers that hit the fleat markets on Friday and Saturday mornings and stumble across some crazy good deals. I'm planning on making a pilgrimage down there this spring.
There's a very slim chance I may make it to the gunshow in Charlotte on Feb. 16th but I'm not sure yet. My sister lives in Hickory so I make it down to NC a couple times a year. If anybody ever wants to meet me at the Coyote grill in Conover I'll buy the first pitcher.

I'm really familiar with the Fayetteville pawnshop/surplus/flea market scene. You can get some really great deals, but you have to dig through a lot of crap. It helps to get to know the vendor.
