Asking for some advice,
Got a guy that wants to trade me a Rock River 16" HBAR w/quad rail (non float)tower front sight,A3 flatop and a magpul ACS 6 pos. stock. For my Arsenal slr-107fr (.223).
I just got the slr but didn't realize I could only get thermold magazines and at $35/ mag. Suddenly the SLR doesn't fit into my common caliber, common magazine prep plan. I like it but have put it up for sale to see what will bite. It's either trade for the AR or get another slg-21 to add to my AK collections.
let me know what you think,
thanks,
I have a link bookmarked at work where they sell for $25. Would it help?

Couldn't agree more. It is a precision weapon. It will jam at the precise moment you need it the most.

I wish I had a picture from the "road" of you holding that AR like a kid holding a teddy bear.

I’m the past we have got/shared rooms at the local hotel. The ZS21 guys are generally there too.
Aside from that, all the USPS 3gun rules apply to the shoot; you’ll need chamber flags for your shotty and rifle. You’ll be on your feet all day, you can hump you ammo or store a bag in there secure guarded area and just restock when needed. Be prepared for any weather and hydrate.
Google USPS 3gun, there are some good videos from the York Pa chapter explaining the firing commands, their specific safety practices etc…
Gary will send out a round count for the match, it’s the minimum needed to shoot each evolution once and hit every target the first time. I generally double the count, if I don’t shoot it all, we’ll then it just gets added to the stock….
