The FMPD was founded as a join Zombie Squad, Dunell Hills PD venture and I could use some support to keep it going.
btw, has anyone seen razi? i founded the FMPD with him but he's gone off the grid.

I'm not too hot on your clan's dress code actually. Blue isn't my favorite color.

Eh, that's more for official purposes, there's nothing about forcing anyone to wear anything...
We actually never voted on it... so it's not even in effect; although, I probably should finally write up the referendum for voting purposes.

What we wanted to set up was issuing of uniforms to new recruits, basically ceremonial.

I figured that's why Explorator only sold Blue items in the marketplace.

I sell blue armors because I like them, and without any 'skins' for our avatars that relate to in-game class/profession, the blue armors are the easiest way to get the Police Officer look. However, FMPD has zero class restrictions, and no dress code.

I do not even wear Blue armor because I have a better suit in black, and my class is Student, not PO. (My backstory has me as a Criminal Justice major that was interning with the FMPD when the crisis broke.)

FMPD supports recruits that ask for help. Marty Banks does a great job maintaining our switchboard.

I'll look at your clan thing again. Those Shadow clan guys have tried recruiting me twice now.
Oh, and I'm Level 76 now, and busting my ass buying credits for Ghost Ammo.

It was really cool to have founded the FMPD in concert with ZS's urban dead group members, I'm glad that some of the folks from ZS are taking an active roll in the group once again.
I'd love to have more of you guys join us, especially now with the 3D version on its way...

Dark Sector seems to have a pretty cohesive plan set up for their clan. I'm trying to work the kinks out of Ventrilo and play some missions and outpost attacks with those guys. They're all about getting all of their members into the top survivor and top pvp. They do a tax system in order to fund members for ammo and purchasing Dusk sets.
That's your competition right now.

Heh... Competition... get that out of your head right now... for the FMPD this is about having fun and killing the undead... :D
We leave competition to you guys, it sounds like you're pretty elite... let us know if you'd like to ally...
Your group name conjures up thoughts of a contracting firm like 'Blackwater' coming in to assist the besieged survivors of Fairview... It's sweet, make a back story yet?

PS: Let me know if you need help with ventrilo, I'm quite good with it and the FMPD is currently without a voice chat home as I'm quite broke.

I'm trying for elite status. Turns out, now that school has started, all the "kids" have cooled it. Now is the time for us adults with jobs to get in there and swoop in for top survivor.

Actually Marty, Dark Sector is an Evil Clan, only concerned with promoting and protecting one another, not sure if I would be comfortable being allies with them.

On the competition side, many clans in the past have felt they were competing with us, and some have made fun of us. Most of those clans started quickly, and flamed out just as quickly. They are gone now. We are very casual players who like to RP and kill zombies. We have no fees or dues, but we still support each other. We have no class or level restrictions, so we have more low level players than high-level ones.

I am glad that clans like Dark Sector exist, hard-core players need that type of clan if they want to win Top Pvp or Top Survivor. I wish you guys all the best.

Yeah... them being evil does kinda wreck the relationship right off of the bat... lmao...

Likewise! all the best... however, if you need a place for a lawful or chaotic good alt, we don't restrict dual membership below the captain rank... not sure how dark sector feels about alts.

Dark Sector allows you to join other clans with permission. Explorator is right about hard core players though. Those guys are all about getting all their members into a dusk set. I haven't talked to any of those guys since last saturday.
Oh, and I got my Ghost Ammo early August.
Leveled up to 80 last night.

I used to play. Got to lvl 52 or so farmer. And been leveling up a scientist, which got to around lvl 35 or something.
I got sick of it because it was very slow, the new map sucks and too many kids.

I may get back into it though..just for the Outpost Attacks.

Tell me about it. Some of these kids have absolutely no manners online. My pet peeve too is that if you're going to insult someone, at least spell the insult correctly!

Yeah, I hardly ever go on the CB. I don't particularly care for the Ventrillo thing either, since it just seems like the Dark Sector guys just seem to BS with each other the whole time.

You should have tried another browser. Seems to play fine using chrome, until lately. Firefox tends to lag after a while, but you need to clear the cache on a regular basis. I hope you didn't give your shit away to the usual socially retarded 15 year olds that fancy themselves to be the next Top Used Car Salesman...

Greetings fellow FMPD survivors and deputies.

The times have been hard after infection and each new day brings tougher challenges and new monsters. Despite this all, we have survived and have managed to assist the innocents of this city is our own small way.

I'd like to thank everyone who has joined the department throughout these months and every officer who has returned after the outbreak.

There's a special announcement, the Dead Frontier 3D Demo is out for those of you who wish to join us as we test this all new and awesome experience ingame; it's full a MMO and it has all the fun of the original with a more sophisticated and persistent realm.

So join us once again as things heat up in Fairview for outbreak round 2!

Sincerely,
Marty Banks

Oh no, it was to the guys who I usually talk to. Hes 23ish. Around there, hes going for TS this week. I'm a farmer, so I'm supplying him food. I'm over lvl 51, so every thing I grow will be useful.

I'm getting my laptop fan cleaned this weekend. So, if it works good after this, then I may play again. However, Im not into all the stupidity and garbage going on. I hate the new map, since I had a good plan and lvl'd/got money fast from the old one. Never had to step a foot in LA's, either.
