Your main folder/EDC?

The fixed blade is a Big Chris Custom that I had commissioned as my EDC. It's a 3.5" CPM-3V single edged "tactical" sgian dubh with black micarta scales and finished in FDE Cerakote. The folder is a ZT 0350TSST.

Most instances it'll be a Spyderco UKPN, its very light and a superb
slicer. It gets used for opening parcels, food packaging, art craft with
the kids and the like.

I've about quit using folders, I only have 2 folders left....my old Case (which I carry everyday) and a RAT-1 folder I just have around as back-up.

I have several EDC size fixed-blades, but 99% of time I carry a BK14.

I'm not one to change up a lot, once I find something I like, I stick with it.

RAT-1 aint bad for the money, although it's stainless which I don't like and it's made in Taiwan which I don't like..but it's pretty sturdy. Has survived a year or so of use. I carry it (because of the clip) on days when I'm in sweats or shorts without decent pockets to carry my Case or BK14

Carried it today, did some shooting in my backyard range.

My daily carry is a Vic Farmer and an ESEE Izula. These two seem to meet all of my urban EDC needs.

I mostly switch back between a 4" Cold Steel Voyager with a tanto tip and a Rat-1 folder. I don't tend to really like tanto blades for general purpose, I much prefer having something with belly. However, I find tanto tips to be very handy when dealing with breaking down cardboard boxes and getting into packaging material, which is about 90% of what I do with my blade on a day to day basis.

I really love my Rat-1 in just about every way, shape and form. Especially for the price point. However, one thing that bugs me is that the pocket clip is a little obtrusive, and gets caught on things. The screws themselves don't become loose, but the steel slowly "floats" farther from the handle. Occasionally I have to take the clip off and bend it back so it retains better. My Voyage however, has a very tight and low profile clip that never budges.

I've become quite the knife snob in the last year or two. I rotate my etc between:
Spyderco paramilitary
Benchmade griptillian sheepfoot blade
Benchmade presidio
Zero tolerance 350
Emerson qcq-7

I really like the emerson, that has become my new favorite. Followed closely by the Benchmade presidio and spyderco.

When I'm in the office I now carry a broker nano. Really like the heavy duty build of this little knife.

My every day go to all purpose folder is still my Kershaw freefall but technically I also edc a SAK champion plus on a biner attached to a belt loop along with a small pen light and a paracord fob with a compass as my "oh shit, how'd I end up in the woods?" Kit. I only rarely use it unless I actually am in the woods though. Oh, and I carry an original leatherman tool in my belt pack. Oh, and a sak classic on my keys. What can I say? I like knives.

Really though, the Kershaw is my edc knife.

My CRKT 12 EZ.
Most solid folder I have ever owned.
If I wasn't wearing it to work I would probably jump for a model without serrations and a seatbelt cutter, but both have proven useful so I like it.

Edit: Forgot to mention that this knife is incredibly easy to open with thick gloves on. Closing with gloves though takes a little practice.
