IMAO, the female view is roughly the same. I drove a taxicab for eight years before rolling the radio, and women are as quick to hit on other women as men can be.
“But they’re not men, not as dangerous.” –Bs. You ever see some of those chicks? Just as big as any man I’ve ever fended off - but it still usually only takes “Move it or lose it.” to make them go away. Most don’t realize you’re not interested and the others are almost always cowards.

However, calling the police (again, just my opinion) was the right thing to do for this reason:
Mental illnesses do not go away – they get worse. At some point, just peeping or creeping won’t be enough and someone will get hurt. It says awful things about that town’s law enforcement that they KNEW this guy was a problem and he’s still walking the streets.

I worked in a prison clinic for awhile. It was VERY interesting talking to them. They were pretty open since I was helping them and was very fair and not a guard.

I talked to several multiple rapist in the sex offender program too.
