Also just put the knife all the way in your pocket, you know on the down low. You should also consider speaking to a stupervisor or mall management. They really need to clarify the mixed signals they send by having a knife shop in their mall.
Also I am glad you didn't end up getting tased, bro.
GeneralDiscontent wrote:I would write a letter to the knife shop telling them what happened, and telling them that you'd love to shop there, but apparently the mall won't let people carry knives, so you can't. A paying tenant of the mall raising hell with the management will get a whole lot more attention than a single customer.

When I told them yes and showed it to them (showing them that it was below the legal limit for concealment), they wanted to confiscate it.

Kommander wrote:Writing letters is a good idea. From what you have said it appears that if someone purchased a knife from the knife store in the mall they would then be forced to leave the mall. I am sure the knife store would love to hear about that. I still would not shop there anymore. Luckily in AZ there are plenty of other malls around that either allow concealed carry or at least can't be bothered to properly post the no guns signs.

If you *really* wanted to get the knife store riled up, you could say that the knife you just got kicked out of the mall store was one you bought from the knife store just several minutes before.
