My girlfriend could kick your girlfriend's ass

Post by Ranger0402 » Wed Jun 29, 2005 8:45 pm

OK, so I was inspired to start this thread based off of the "who would you take, friends, family girlfriend" thread posted below. I notice that it's kind of a mixed bag when deciding to take your significant other. So, I thought I would start a thread where you savages could brag about the bad ass skills (or lack there of) that your sweety might possess.

Personally, my old lady just got back from her second combat tour. I think she might have more trigger time than me now, which is a little embarassing, but oh so hot, at the same time.

My girlfriend has never fired a gun, is not enthusiastic about me teaching her some self-defense, can't run very fast, and gets scared very easily.

Oh yes, the PAW will be fun.

My girlfriend is a pretty good shot with a handgun (she's never shot a long gun yet though).

You lucky dog you. I need to find me one of those. I always seem to hook up with girly-girls who never seem to want to hike or go camping or anything. Maybe it's just a college girl thing... or maybe it's just that I am a sissy and all the tough gals can see right through me .

Well my previous girlfriend turned out to be bisexual!!! But she was in shape and pretty smart, I would definately take her, cause she is an opportunist and when I come to the door with a mak-90 and a .357 in my belt I'm sure she'll go along with me pretty quickly.

"My girlfriend could kick your girlfriend's ass"

She definately can!!!! Hehe.

However, my girlfriend is a 3rd year nursing student, so she'll fix it right back into shape.

She's an athlete, but sometimes gets stressed out easily. We're working on that. She goes camping with me, so it's good in that area. She's training more lately so her physical capability is increasing and she's been handling stressful situations better. Bringing her and a few girl friends to the range soon. An she's learning some combat techniques from me but will take a self defense class soon too.

Regarding intellect, she's also a certified computer engineer.

If it helps, we discovered early in our LARP days that my wife can't tell 'play' combat from the real thing.

Certain things just trigger her off and we were asked to leave after she bust one guys nose and knocked a ghoul unconcious with 3 quick blows.

Our daughter has her mothers triggers, my attitude and years of Kick Boxing as a kid.

When I think about it, physically we're a very polite family.

My girl friend likes to go camping, and has significant experience with caring for horses (valuable transportation/pack animals if TSHTF), and is a fair athlete as she played Tennis for years.

Plus, as previously stated, she would beat me up if i left her; and im 6' Tall and weight 220, and work a phisicaly demanding job.

Shes the perfect woman to keep me in line durring the P.A.W.

The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, prejudices, to be found only in the minds of men. For the record, prejudices can kill and suspicion can destroy, and a thoughtless, frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all its own...

My granddad is over 80, but he still seems to have enough fight in him to fight WWII again. :D

As for girlfreinds...... Don't have one. But some of the girls I'm interested in have a lot of fire to em. ;)

Qualified as highly as the ATF agent that shot himself in the foot with the Glock 22 during a safety lecture to children?

Yeah, poster child for government excess :)
BP is an entirely different animal, as is DEA and FBI.
Good organizations, good cause etc.

I'm having a hard time finding girls that are even OK with the idea of guns, let alone actually being around someone who has a few.

With my luck, when I do it'll be some bra-burning femi-nazi gone militant ;)

I can't imagine where the difficulty finding a chick stems from, what with talk like that.

No one said there was a problem finding chicks.

Just ones who *like* guns, which is actually ok.
I'm not into the crew cut, meter-wide, She-Ra cops that just want to indiscriminately use their tonfa on a male of the species.

Besides, if she can't tolerate my traditionalistic approach, she's probably not what I'm lookin' for anyway.
I'd rather have a woman in a dress than camo anyday anyway.

No offense if you're of the aforementioned persuasion.

heh.. Speaking of stereotypes, people who use them are usually unintelligent oafs. You know.. the type that think racial profiling is OK.

No offense if you're the aforementioned persuasion.
