Paid for membership not showing ZS Member

I paid March 5. I believe the message went out to everybody they were behind on. I'm assuming through March.

SuperBanki, I would say give it another week or two. They are just getting caught up with the backlog and will probably be getting to the April orders soon. According to the message I got, they are adding volunteers, so things should get moving along soon.

We've cleared the backlog of memberships. Anyone paid before March 21st should now be green. If you paid before March 21st 2012 and are not green, PM me with your real name, email address and PayPal transaction ID.

We still need to process the current batch of memberships, which will take the standard time.

I'm curious where does one go to have a refund issued? Returning money on something never provided should not be that difficult.

I don't want to go through the charge back steps, but lack of communication and (non-existent) responses to other peoples inquires leaves me little faith.

Have you sent an email to membership@zombiehunters.org ? You can inquire there as to the status of your membership. ZS is growing very fast at this point and is an all volunteer staff. I understand the frustration you must be having, it took about 8 weeks to receive my membership card and member banner on the forums. I would suggest email them to make sure there wasn't a problem processing your order, and wait for them to get through this batch. We all had to wait, not just you. Hope to see you on the forums in the future.

Actually I don't participate within the forum anymore.

I will simply say I received conflicting instructions on posting regulations and I decided so that no toes are stepped on its simply best to not participate anymore.

$15.00 isn't really anything to get worked up over, but based on principal I would like to see it refunded. I could handle it myself, but I want to give the owner or person in charge of ZS a chance to handle it themselves.

If this was a donation, the terms would be different. As it stands now it is a product. A product I no longer want nor received.
